A design competition has selected ten new designs as a way to jazz up the roof of your new MINI car.

Ten roof designs were selected as the winning entries of the Top of MINI design competition. The competition was open to designers under 30 from all disciplines to create a design for a MINI car roof. The jury led by Richard Hutten chose the 10 winners from over 100 submissions. The designs will all be put into production and available to purchase with each MINI, however there is only one model of each design available, so buyers have to get in quick. Each design costs €495 with the purchase of a new MINI. First come, first served.

The top 10 designs and their creators are: ‘MINI road’ by Sam Loman, ‘My MINI is Big’ by Henk Verhagen, ‘Play’ by Adam Nolte, ‘MINIcode’ by Arn van der Pluijm, ‘Red & White Checks’ by James Granger and Steven Kessels, ‘English flag, Dutch lion’ by Ceddo van der Tang, ‘Plaid pattern’ by Michiel ten Horn, ‘MyMINI Maps’ by Susanne Laws, ‘Poetry’ by Astin le Clercq en ‘Tin Can’ by Giovanni Grado.
